Thank you for shopping with Al Rijal Fabrics. We value your satisfaction and aim to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent. This Refund & Return Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through our website: https://alrijalfabrics.com.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

  • Returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days after approval.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-stitched or altered shalwar kameez.

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items.

  • Accessories and gift cards.

Please ensure the correct size and fabric are chosen before placing your order.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at sale@alrijalfabrics.com or contact us through WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.

  3. Ship the product back to us at the address provided.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, except in cases where the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.


4. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (if prepaid) or as store credit for future purchases.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued as store credit or voucher only.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with clear photos of the item and invoice.

  • We’ll arrange an exchange or replacement at no additional cost to you.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped yet.

  • Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.


7. Color & Fabric Disclaimer

We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings. Such variations do not qualify as defects or grounds for return.
